Day Two: The Ethical Anchor

  • Co-create the Sisterhood Accountability Pact and learn how to guide future cohorts through the process.
Day Three: The Agile Strategist
  • Explore adaptive leadership and regenerative decision-making in uncertainty.
  • Work with emotional-intelligence and resilience tools.
  • Practise leading scenario-based activities drawn from real sector challenges.
Day Four: The Living Legacy
  • Explore mentorship, succession, rest as strategy and seasonal leadership.
  • Map the full participant journey across The Savanna Code curriculum.
  • Review the programme’s tools, timing, transitions and facilitation risks.
Day Five: The Art of Facilitation
  • Apply adult-learning principles to create participation, inclusion and psychological safety.
  • Strengthen questioning, storytelling, breakout and debriefing techniques.
  • Learn to manage silence, resistance, emotion and difficult group dynamics, and receive the capstone brief.

The Three-Week Integration Period

Between Days 5 and 6, you will turn your learning into practice through a structured, self-directed capstone assignment.

    Test the segment with your learning triad or a pilot group and gather feedback.

    Strengthen the session, prepare your materials and complete a short reflection.

Capstone and Assessment

Day Six: Capstone Studio
  • Review your session plan against the programme’s quality standards.
  • Facilitate your segment in a practice group and receive structured feedback.
  • Make final adjustments before the assessed delivery.
Day Seven: Assessed Capstone
  • Deliver your allocated segment in an assessed session.
  • Receive individual feedback and complete a self-assessment.
  • Review the licensing, brand and implementation standards and receive your certification outcome.

Assessment, Certification and Licensing

The capstone confirms that you can deliver the curriculum accurately, confidently and responsibly. Assessment considers your curriculum knowledge, facilitation craft, inclusion and psychological safety, session management and ability to apply feedback.

To qualify, you must:

  • Attend all seven live training days.
  • Submit your capstone plan and integration-period reflection.
  • Successfully complete the assessed capstone delivery.
  • Agree to the licensing, brand and quality standards.

Successful completion enables you to deliver The Savanna Code Leadership Programme using its approved curriculum and tools. The precise scope and conditions will be set out in the trainer licensing agreement.

How does the Trainer Certification Programme relate to The Savanna Code Leadership Programme?

The Trainer Certification Programme includes the personal leadership growth and inner work at the heart of The Savanna Code Leadership Programme. You will experience and apply the tools yourself, strengthening your own leadership as you immerse yourself in the curriculum.

In addition, you will learn how to facilitate the programme for others, creating a supportive learning environment, guiding meaningful conversations and helping participants understand and apply the tools in their own lives and leadership. The programme prepares you not only to teach the material, but to embody it and carry it forward with confidence, care and integrity.

Do I need to be an experienced trainer?

Both experienced and aspiring facilitators are welcome, but you must be ready to practise, receive feedback and complete the assessment requirements.

Is the programme completely online?

Yes. The seven live days are online. The integration period combines self-directed work with peer-triad and cohort support.

Does attendance guarantee certification?

No. Certification requires full attendance, the required submissions, successful assessed delivery and agreement to the licensing and quality standards.

What will I be licensed to deliver?

Successful participants may deliver The Savanna Code Leadership Programme within the scope and standards set out in the trainer licensing agreement.
